Replacement Light Fitting Kit for Canopy Plus and Telescopic Cooker Hoods 4000°Kelvin

If you require a light fitting for a Pre-2023 Canopy Plus Cooker Hood or Telescopic Cooker Hood, you will need to purchase this kit. We can no longer source the larger connector on the light fittings and have changed to a smaller updated verison as in the images above. This means both light fittings must be changed at the same time to fit these new connectors.

Luxair have created a simple pre-made kit that replaces your existing light fittings with the new updated connectors. This kit includes 2 light fittings and a cable to connect them to the LED driver.

If you run your lights continuously, it can cause your switch to fail and this repair can be costly, so please only use your cooker hood whilst cooking and do not have your lights on all day. We also require you to install your cooker hood on a 3 amp fuse, make sure the replacement bulbs are the correct ones for your cooker hood as cheap bulbs will not save you money in the long run!

Essential Information

Replacing a light fitting is straight forward. Unplug the old fitting from the wiring circuit then from the back of the fitting, squeeze the retainer clips and press out.
Older fittings might have a different connector to the current model, please check against the images above.
This switch unit is a genuine Luxair Cooker Hood replacement part.
