When Is My First Working Day For Delivery?

 

If you placed your order Monday-Thursday before 12pm, your first working day will be the following day. If you placed your order after 12pm, the first working day would be 2 days later.

For example, an order placed Wednesday at 10am, the first working day would be Thursday.
If you placed an order Wednesday at 1pm, the first working day would be Friday. 


If your order is placed Friday before 12pm, your first working day would be Monday. Orders placed Saturday/Sunday or after 12pm Friday, the first working day would be Tuesday.

Please be aware Bank Holiday's will impact when your first working day is.

Delivery timeframe's vary dependent on the items ordered, location and the option selected at checkout. Once you have input your address details, all delivery methods and charges will show.

Standard Delivery is between 1-14 working days.

Express Delivery is between 1-3 working days.

Scheduling My Delivery 

 

If you would like your order delivering on a specific date of your choice, we strongly recommend choosing the express delivery option (even if this date is in the future and not within the express timeframe), this is sent via third-party and gives more premium options in terms of scheduling delivery.
With Luxair Standard delivery, this is with our own drivers who deliver to most of the country (area restrictions apply) on pre-planned delivery runs, this unfortunately does mean that we do not always have the flexibility to move/change delivery days/times to suit, but we will always do our best. 

Can I use Click & Collect?

 

Yes you can collect direct from Luxair Cooker Hoods with prior arrangement, warehouse based in Ripon North Yorkshire HG4 5NB.

Order before 4pm for next day collection. Please note, we have changed it from the usual 8pm cut off time due to high customer demand.

We'll notify you by email when your order is ready to collect.

Unpacking Your Goods

 

Please ensure you unpack and check the product within 48 hours of delivery. If there are any defects or imperfections with the products please let us know.

 

Failed Deliveries

 

We understand that sometimes you will not be available to receive your goods. For small appliances our couriers will attempt redelivery once after which you will be charged for any further redelivery attempts. For large items requiring two-man delivery, if you have been advised of a delivery date by us and are subsequently not available to accept the goods, a redelivery charge will be applied and the delivery timeframe will start again from the date of the failed/missed delivery.

 

Returning your product because you've changed your mind

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 28 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions and is in a fully resaleable condition.

For online and telephone purchases, we'll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 14 days and is free from any damage.
