INDUCTION PAN GUIDE

We recommend using high quality inducton pans and not generic "universal" pans. It is recommended that pans with a flat surface be used and not ones with rivvets or a plate underneath, as these are lower quality and can sometimes not be recognised by the pan detection. This induction hob must be used with a pan that has a minimum induction area of 14.5cm. It is advised that the whole base is made of the same material.
