Excellent experience

Very good communications before and after order of hood, not fit yet so will post when we have, but delivery great, driver was excellent thank you! Even gave us a tip about cleaning. Anyway we would recommend/order again. Nice to be able to order from a smaller UK firm rather than the big guys.

Great communication as to when our cooker hood would be delivered. The driver was professional and friendly, checked the hood over when he arrived and gave us great advice as to how best to clean it. Would recommend.

Highly appreciate the customer service of luxair team. When I contacted the luxair team with my issue they were replying to my emails with in minutes. I had minimum 5 conversations with them, each time they replied to me with in minutes. All the time they cleared my queries.
 

Brilliant support

We love our canopy cooker hood but were getting interference between it and our nearby tv remote. I emailed Luxair, received a prompt and helpful response. Problem solved. Happy days!
