The Como is a matte black wall-mounted cooker hood with a circular PVD steel ring positioned at the centre of the hood face, surrounded by LED lighting that creates a halo glow when the hood is running. The colour is in the ring, not the fascia — a single focal point against the matte black body that changes character entirely depending on the finish. Gold for warmth and luxury. Copper for an artisan, earthy kitchen aesthetic. Gun metal for a dark, industrial tone-on-tone look. Stainless steel for a clean, architectural contrast. This is a different design proposition from a full coloured fascia. Where the Monza applies colour across the entire hood face, the Como concentrates it into a single circular detail — more restrained, more architectural, and more compatible with kitchen schemes where a subtle designer accent is preferable to a bold statement surface. The LED halo around the ring adds a lighting dimension that activates when the hood is on — the ring is not just a colour detail, it becomes a lit feature in the kitchen.
Illuminated centre ring — how it works
The circular centre ring is finished in PVD-coated steel — gold, copper, gun metal, or stainless steel — and is surrounded by an LED halo light that illuminates around the perimeter of the ring when the hood operates. The effect is visible in the lifestyle imagery: a warm glow that turns the circular ring into a lit focal point rather than a passive design detail. The ring sits flush with the matte black hood face, creating a clean, geometric contrast between the circular PVD element and the flat black body around it.
Circular perimeter extraction and performance
Like the Monza, the Como uses a circular perimeter aspiration system — drawing air through the full perimeter of the hood underside rather than a single central grille. 900m³/hr extraction rate, 4-speed motor with intensive boost mode, backlit touch controls, timer, automatic switch-off, and filter cleaning indicator.
