Before you begin, please have your model and serial number ready. This can usually be found on the product label inside the main body of your cooker hood after removing the metal grease filters.

What Does My Warranty Cover?

To register your warranty, you will be required to provide the following information -

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Your product registration details.
  • The model and serial number of the product.
  • Ducting information

Failure to provide the requested information may delay the processing of your claim.

General Terms

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
  • We reserve the right to inspect, repair, or replace any product or component covered by this warranty before approving a claim.
  • Replacement parts supplied under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

If your product has been registered, the warranty covers defects in the following internal electrical components arising from manufacturing faults under normal domestic use:

  • Motor
  • Switch
  • Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
  • LED Driver

Where a covered component is found to be faulty within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective component.

The warranty does not cover consumable items, accessories, cosmetic parts, or components subject to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

  • Metal grease filters
  • Charcoal filters
  • Light fittings and light bulbs
  • Remote controls
  • Cosmetic damages/imperfections

These items are considered replaceable maintenance components/consumable items and are excluded from warranty cover.

The warranty does not apply where the fault or damage has resulted from:

  • Incorrect installation or failure to follow the installation instructions.
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
  • Commercial or non-domestic use (unless otherwise stated).
  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or deterioration through regular use.
  • Damage caused by power surges, fire, flooding, or other external factors beyond our control.
