The Mira Ceiling Cooker Hood is a flush fit 90cm x 40cm ceiling extractor fan designed for modern kitchens that need powerful extraction, wide coverage and seamless integration. Its ultra slimline design allows the cooker hood to be installed directly between standard UK ceiling joists, creating a truly flush finish without the need for boxing, a lowered ceiling or changes to your room design.

Flush Fit 90cm Ceiling Extractor

The Mira features a slimline 30cm wide motor and 34cm wide body, specifically designed to fit between standard UK ceiling joists. This clever between joist installation allows the extractor to sit level with the ceiling for a clean, architectural finish. With no need for additional boxing or a dropped ceiling, the Mira is an ideal flush fit ceiling cooker hood for open plan kitchens and contemporary kitchen designs where maintaining a spacious appearance is important.

Powerful and Efficient A+ Extraction

At the heart of the Mira is an efficient A+ rated brushless motor delivering up to 735m³/hr extraction on boost. The powerful motor provides effective removal of cooking odours, grease, steam and airborne particles while helping to reduce energy consumption. The brushless motor is designed for improved energy efficiency and long lasting reliability, making the Mira a practical choice for busy family kitchens and open plan living spaces.

Dynamic Tunable LED Kitchen Lighting

The Mira Ceiling Cooker Hood features tunable dynamic LED lighting, allowing you to adjust the colour temperature from a warm 2950K to a cool 6500K. For kitchens with a suitable external duct route, ducted extraction can remove cooking air, steam and odours outside the property. Where external ducting is not practical, the Mira can be configured for recirculation using long life matt filters.

Luxair Cooker Hoods now offer a site visit by one of our qualified in-house engineers, where they will advise on the best option regarding what cooker hood suits your kitchen needs, they can also advise on the best way to run your ducting or if re-circulation may be best for your setup.

An installation service is also available upon request and completion of a Site or home Survey. Prices will vary dependent on installation
required and will be quoted once an engineer has made his visit and all necessary observations are made in relation to your cooker hood
installation.

What you need to know:

Another important reason to consider a site survey is to identify the most suitable cooker hood for the location of your kitchen or bathroom.

We will look at the very best option, taking into consideration the size of your kitchen, if the ceiling construction is suitable for a ceiling cooker hood, any potential regulation requirements and above all the correct motor size and ducting route to give you the optimum extraction you require.

Your Site Survey:

During a site survey, your Luxair engineer will discuss your requirements, taking
into consideration the appropriate extraction output for the room, the relevant location within the kitchen and the most suitable
ducting system for your cooker hood. If the installation is new, the
site survey will identify the requirements for the ducting system,
ventilation and clearances to any combustible materials to maintain safe use. The site survey will allow your Luxair engineer to provide you with the best advice, consequently avoiding any unexpected expense.
