The Foster Milano Lusso 80cm gas hob brings premium Italian styling and powerful cooking performance into a compact, beautifully finished design. Made from brushed AISI 304 Stainless Steel, Gold, Copper, Gun Metal PVD Steel, it offers a sleek ultra flat profile with front mounted knobs and powerful wok burner with the flexibility of flush mount or top-mount installation, making it ideal for modern luxury kitchens.

With five gas burners and 10.25kW total power, including a powerful 4kW double crown burner, the Milano Lusso 80cm gives you the control needed for everything from delicate simmering to high heat cooking. Foster’s Precise Power system allows accurate flame adjustment, while cast iron grids offer excellent stability, heat retention and a robust professional feel.

Under knob electric ignition makes the hob simple to use, and quick acting thermocouple safety valves automatically shut off the gas if the flame is extinguished.

PVD Metal Finishes

PVD, or Physical Vapor Deposition, is an advanced finishing process used to give stainless steel a rich, coloured metal surface while also improving its durability. During the process, precious metal compounds are applied to the stainless steel in a vacuum chamber, physically bonding with the surface to create a refined and long-lasting finish.

For gas hobs, PVD is ideal because it offers more than just colour. It helps strengthen the stainless steel surface, improving resistance to everyday wear, scratching, abrasion, corrosion and high temperatures. The result is a premium finish designed for real kitchen use, not just for appearance.
