Foster Cast Iron Wok Support

Bring authentic wok cooking to your kitchen with the Foster Cast Iron Wok Support.

The Foster Cast Iron Wok Support is a premium, specialised cooktop accessory crafted to optimise high heat and Asian style culinary techniques.

Designed for use with compatible Foster gas hobs, it provides a steady, secure base for round bottomed woks, so you can stir fry with confidence.

Made from durable cast iron, this support is compatible with a wide range of Foster hob models, including selected Milano PVD Gold, Copper and Gun Metal finishes.

High Heat Capacity: Heavy duty cast iron naturally retains and distributes intense thermal energy. This directs heat efficiently across the base of your pan for proper stir fry performance.

Enhanced Stability & Safety: The weight and tailored form factor provide a low centre of gravity cradle. This keeps unstable, round bottomed woks anchored securely to prevent tipping or sliding during rapid tossing.

Seamless Visual Integration: Designed to match the architectural profile and texture of Foster's signature cast iron cooktop grids, maintaining a cohesive look across your cooking surface.

Extreme Durability: The heavy structural build ensures the support remains perfectly flat and rigid over time without warping or degrading under the stress of high output dual or triple ring gas burners.

Drop on Convenience: The ring sets directly over existing pan supports on compatible Foster hobs (like the Milano, KE, or GK series) for instant configuration changes.

It’s a practical accessory for preparing everything from quick stir fries to fragrant curries and other wok favourites.

What Is Luxury PVD Steel ?

PVD Metal Finishes

PVD, or Physical Vapor Deposition, is an advanced finishing process used to give stainless steel a rich, coloured metal surface while also improving its durability. During the process, precious metal compounds are applied to the stainless steel in a vacuum chamber, physically bonding with the surface to create a refined and long-lasting finish.

For gas hobs, PVD is ideal because it offers more than just colour. It helps strengthen the stainless steel surface, improving resistance to everyday wear, scratching, abrasion, corrosion and high temperatures. The result is a premium finish designed for real kitchen use, not just for appearance.

PVD finishes also bring a distinctive look to the hob. Gunmetal creates a deep, modern and understated style; copper gives a warmer, more characterful appearance; and gold adds a refined, luxury feel. Each finish enhances the stainless steel while allowing the hob to coordinate beautifully with other premium kitchen features.

Made from premium AISI 304 stainless steel, the Milano Lusso hob is designed for long-lasting durability in a luxury kitchen. Coloured models feature an advanced PVD finish, giving the surface enhanced resistance to scratches, wear, corrosion and high temperatures while maintaining its rich Gold, Copper or Gun Metal appearance.

The benefit is a gas hob that looks more individual, feels more luxurious and is better protected against the demands of daily cooking.

Dual burner, with two independent flame crowns controlled by a single knob.
