Delivery Information

Our Delivery Service

We use our own fleet of vehicles to deliver throughout much of Great Britain. For the rest we use Royal Mail, parcel delivery company APC or Pallet company Nidd Transport.

Delivery cost will be shown at the checkout after your details have been input.

Alternatively, you can arrange your own collection however please note hoods over 90cm are required to be collected by pallet. These hoods are generally too large to be transported as a parcel delivery. We will palletise, wrap the hood securely and await collection information.

Luxair Timed Delivery Window

Please note this time should be used as a guideline only. Delivery windows cannot be given for next day delivery orders. Luxair direct deliveries will normally be an AM or PM time slot.

Luxair Next Day Delivery

Need it in a hurry? If we have stock in our warehouse, we can offer you delivery next day (Monday to Saturday). Simply call us for a price. 01765 641888

Change your Delivery Slot

Need to Change your Delivery Slot?

We understand things can change and you may need to rearrange your delivery after it has been agreed. This option is available to you, however we ask that you let us know with at least 3 working days notice. Please note if you are not in when we deliver after arrangements have been made prior, we may re-charge for a second delivery slot. Call us on 01765 641888

Unpacking your Goods

Please ensure you unpack and check the product within 48 hours of delivery. If there are any defects or imperfections with the products please let us know.

European Deliveries

We have entered into an agreement with Parcelforce Worldwide whereby our customers in specified countries in mainland Europe wishing to purchase from us can enter into a contract with Parcelforce Worldwide to have products shipped to those countries


Delivery costs to non-UK destinations are calculated on an order by order basis and is dependent on the delivery destination and value of the goods ordered. The delivery cost will be advised at the time of placing your order online

Failed Deliveries

We understand that sometimes you will not be available to receive your goods. For small appliances our couriers will attempt redelivery once after which you will be charged for any further redelivery attempts. For large items requiring two-man delivery, if you have been advised of a delivery date by us and are subsequently not available to accept the goods, a redelivery charge will be applied.

Returning your product because you've changed your mind

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 35 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. 

For online and telephone purchases, we'll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 14 days. undamaged
